This card is a little 4x4 card using Bella Rose DSP. I punched the scallop square with my scallop edge punch. The video for this technique is here I tied some Kiwi Kiss Striped Ribbon under the scallop square and then made a little bow with some Riding Hood Red Striped Ribbon and tied some hemp twine around the middle and adhered it to the card with a mini glue dot.
